Terms and Conditions

1.
顧客如有任何疾病或出現包括但不限於下列身體狀況:懷孕、心臟病、哮喘、皮膚病、感冒、過敏、血友病、血壓異常、羊癇症、服用藥物、使用心臟起搏器、體內植入金屬物質,須於每次療程前向本公司職員申報。如顧客未能披露相關的醫療狀況,可能導致本公司無法提供安全而適當的服務,顧客須獨自承擔因未作出醫療狀況披露而產生的任何不良後果。顧客在此聲明並確認,其向本公司提供的所有陳述,包括個人資料及病歷等,均為真實准確。 本公司定當將顧客提供的資料予以保密。
Customers shall disclose to Company staff any medical conditions or physical states they may have, including but not limited to: pregnancy, heart disease, asthma, skin disease, colds, allergies, hemophilia, abnormal blood pressure, epilepsy, any medicines being administered, use of pacemakers, or possession of any other implanted metal objects. This disclosure shall be made to the Company staff before each treatment session. Should any customer fail to disclose their relevant medical condition(s), the Company may be rendered unable to provide safe and proper services, and in such event, the customer shall bear sole responsibility and liability for any and all adverse consequences arising from their failure to properly disclose their medical status. The customer hereby declares and confirms that all statements provided to the Company, including the his/her personal information and medical history, are true and accurate. The Company shall keep the information provided by the customer strictly confidential.

本公司與顧客之間於訂立本合約前之口頭表述、保證及承諾,顧客同意以合約所列書面條款電腦打印為準。任何手寫或塗改均視為無效。
Any verbal representations, warranties, and commitments made between the Company and the customer shall be revoked. The customer agrees that the computer printed terms set forth in this contract shall prevail. Any handwritten notes or alterations shall be considered invalid.
3.
療程效果因人而異。本公司並不保証有關療程之成效,因效果乃取決於許多非本公司所能控制之因素。
The results of treatments may vary from person to person. The Company does not guarantee the effectiveness of the treatment, as the effect depends on many factors beyond the control of the Company.
4.
服務及/或產品一經售出,均不予退款。
Services and/or products sold are non-refundable.
5.
顧客必須於有效日期內完成有關療程, 逾期無效。在療程之有效期內,顧客可向本公司書面申請將部分療程轉讓給其親屬享用,唯本公司保留最終決定權。
The Customer must complete the relevant treatment within this term; otherwise, it shall be deemed invalid. During the valid term of the treatment package, the customer may apply to the Company in writing that any treatment(s) he/she purchased from the Company shall be transferred to his/her relatives for use. The Company reserves the right of final decision.
6.
顧客完全明白以及本公司員工已清楚解釋該等服務,服務說明不涉及任何虛假或具誤導性遺漏。顧客可詢問該等服務之詳情,本公司員工應予以解答。公司及公司員工不會強迫或施加不當影響予顧客要求購買該等服務,顧客在所有情況下是自願選擇及購買該服務。如有任何疑問,可向本公司客戶服務主任聯絡及查詢,熱線電話:+852 8203 3186。
Customers fully understand and our staff has clearly explained the service, and the service description does not involve any false or misleading omission. Customers can inquire about the details of these services, and our staff should answer it. Our employees will not force or exert undue influence on customers to purchase such services, and customers under all circumstances choose and purchase the services voluntarily. 7.
顧客須於訂金付款日期起計三十日內全數支付所有應付費用。若顧客未能如期全數繳清款項,則其所繳交之訂金將被本公司沒收作為違約金。本公司保留單方面終止或立即解除本合約之權利,而無需向顧客作出任何賠償。
The customer shall pay in full all outstanding fees within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the initial deposit payment. Otherwise, this deposit will be forfeited. The Company also reserves the right to terminate or immediately rescind this contract without any obligation to provide compensation to the customer.
8.
通過預約或購買本公司的服務及/或產品,顧客同意按照費用、付款通知書及賬單條款支付所有費用。
By making a reservation or purchasing the services and/or products of the Company, the customer agrees to pay all costs in accordance with the terms outlined in the fee schedule, payment notifications, and invoices.
9.
除了因本公司未能依銷售合同提供療程或嚴重違約,否則顧客不得於冷靜期完結後要求就已付訂金或所購療程費用退款,或轉換其他產品或療程。
Except in cases where the Company has failed to provide the services pursuant to the sales contract or in the event of a material breach, the customer shall not be entitled to request a refund of any deposit paid or fees for services purchased after the expiration of the cooling-off period, nor may he/she exchange for other products or services.
10.
不論任何理由之退款,若顧客透過信用咭付款或以信用咭進行分期付款,本公司會於扣除行政費後退還訂金。
In the event of any refund for any reason, if the customer has made payment via credit card or has opted for installment payments using a credit card, the Company shall refund the deposit after deducting any administrative fees.
11.
顧客於接受本公司療程期間,如顧客身體狀況有異樣,應立即告知本公司職員。
During the course of treatments, should the customer discover any discomfort or abnormality, he/she shall promptly notify the Company staff.
12.
顧客同意確保開始任何服務前身體健康和身體狀況良好爲其自身之責任。
The customer agrees to ensure that he/she is in good health and physical condition prior to commencing any services, and that this responsibility rests solely with the customer.
13.
除非另有明確訂明,本公司所提供的療程項目並非醫療療程,亦不應被視為醫療療程。
Unless otherwise expressly stated, the treatment(s) offered by the Company are not medical treatment(s) and shall not be treated as medical treatment(s).
14.
蒞臨本公司店舖接受療程時,為核對及確保閣下的身份,我們有權要求您出示會員證及身份證,本公司有權拒絕提供服務給任何未經核實身份的人仕。
In order to verify your identity, you may be requested to provide your Identification documents and membership card when attending at our centers. The Company shall retain the right to refuse service to any individual whose identity cannot be verified.
15.
顧客須於全數繳付費用後,方可開接受本公司安排的療程。根據本公司的實際情況,顧客須接受本公司對已購買療程、使用設備、療程時間、治療師、使用房間及指定店舖變更的安排。不可因個別環境因素、地點變更及儀器損壞構成退款原因。
The customer must settle all applicable fees in full prior to commencing the treatment program arranged by the Company. In accordance with the Company's operational circumstances, the customer must accept any modifications made by the Company regarding purchased treatments, the use of equipment, treatment schedules, therapist, rooms assigned, and designated shop location. No refunds shall be granted due to any environmental factors, location-related issues, or equipment malfunctions.
16.
若顧客於預約療程前不足二十四小時提出取消或更改預約,本公司有權扣除該次療程的全部相關費用。本公司保留安排顧客療程時間及地點的最終決定權。
The Company reserves the right to deduct the full cost of the respective treatment if the customer requests a cancellation or change of the scheduled appointment less than twenty-four hours in advance. The Company shall retain final decision-making authority over the customer's treatment schedule and location.
17.
為免影響其他顧客之輪候時間,如顧客該預約療程遲到超過十五分鐘,本公司有權按實際情況縮短、順延、或取消顧客所享療程並扣除該次預約療程之所有相關費用。
In case of any late arrival (more than fifteen minutes) of the arranged appointment, the Company is entitled, based on the actual circumstances, to shorten, postpone or cancel your treatment to avoid other customers from being affected. All the expenses related to this treatment will be deducted.
18.
本公司保留修改服務條款的一切權利,無需事先通知。如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權。
The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the Company reserves the right of final decision.
19.
顧客應自行謹慎保管個人財物,切勿將貴重物品存放於本公司提供的儲物櫃內。若顧客不慎遺失任何貴重物品或私人財物,本公司概不承擔任何責任或賠償。
The customer is required to exercise due care in safeguarding his/her personal belongings and are strictly prohibited from storing any valuable items within the storage lockers provided by the Company. The Company shall not be held liable or responsible for the loss of any valuable items or personal property belonging to the customer, should such a loss occur.
20.
顧客之個人物品應自行負責保管。在法律容許的限度內,顧客或之任何個人財物若在店舖內或附近遭受損壞、遺失或失竊,本公司概不負責。一旦本免責條款被判定爲不能執行,顧客同意本公司的最高償付責任在任何情況下均不超過港幣1000元。
Customer is solely responsible for the safekeeping of his/her personal belongings. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the customer’s or any individual’s property occurring within or in the vicinity of the premises. In the event that this disclaimer of liability is deemed unenforceable, the customer agrees that the Company's maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed HKD 1,000.
21.
顧客同意因使用本公司有任何申索或訴訟(不論基於合約、保證、侵權(包括疏忽)或其他方面的),顧客不得於在合約期後提出申索或訴訟。本公司對顧客並無其他義務、承擔或責任。
The customer agrees that, in relation to any claims or legal actions arising from the use of the Company’s services (whether based on contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise), the customer shall not assert any claims or legal actions after the termination of the contract period. The Company shall have no further obligations, undertakings, or liabilities to the customer.
22.
每種服務的風險不盡相同,風險的程度也從輕微創傷到嚴重創傷不等。就顧客參與本公司各種服務而言,顧客知悉並自願承擔此類風險,並同意本公司其高級人員、董事和員工,在法律容許的限度內,將不對任何創傷負責,包括但不限於,無論是否與服務有關,因本公司的任何人或使用店舖設施的任何人之行為或疏忽而造成的個人、身體或精神創傷、經濟損失、間接、特殊、偶然或相因傷害,或者對顧客或顧客的配偶、來賓、胎兒或親屬造成的任何其他傷害。
The risks associated with each service may vary, with the degree of risk ranging from minor injury to severe injury. In relation to the customer's participation in the various services provided by the Company, the customer acknowledges and voluntarily accepts such risks, and agrees that the Company, its senior officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable to the fullest extent permitted by law for any injuries, including but not limited to personal, bodily, or mental injuries, economic loss, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other harm caused to the customer or the customer’s spouse, guests, dependents, or relatives, arising from the actions or negligence of any person associated with the company or any person utilizing the store facilities, regardless of whether such injuries are related to the services provided.
23.
由於本公司提供的非入侵性和非手術治療的性質,本公司無法保證結果。結果會因人而異,例如生活方式、病史和年齡等因素會影響顧客的結果及其持續時間。本公司所顯示的結果來自本公司的顧客並且是典型的例子,而不是效果保證。本公司提供有關的信息旨在幫助個人對本公司提供的治療做出明智的決定。
Due to the nature of the non-invasive and non-surgical treatments provided by the Company, the Company cannot guarantee specific results. Outcomes may vary from individual to individual, as factors such as lifestyle, medical history, and age can influence the results and their duration. The results displayed by the Company are derived from its customers and represent typical examples, not guarantees of efficacy. The information provided by the Company is intended to assist individuals in making informed decisions about the treatments offered by the Company.
24.
在法律允許的範圍內,本公司無論是在合約中或以其他形式出現,均不對顧客承擔任何責任,即使該責任是由於本公司的疏忽所引起的。
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable to the customer for any claims, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if such liability is a result of the Company's negligence.
25.
以免觸犯《防止賄賂條例》第9條的刑事罪行,顧客在任何情況下均不得私下提供金錢利益給本公司員工。如有員工向顧客索取利益,請立刻通知本公司。
To prevent any potential violation of the criminal provisions under Section 9 of the 《Prevention of Bribery Ordinance》, customer is hereby prohibited from offering any monetary benefits to employees of the Company under any circumstances. In the event that an employee solicits benefits from a customer, it is imperative that the customer report this incident to the Company without delay.
26.
如兩者版本中出現歧義,將以中文版本為準。
If there is any inconsistency between two versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
